Unlike commercial marketplace aggregators, our network strictly enforces domain-based isolation protocols. This policy governs how we collect, process, secure, and permanently purge data when interacting with our digital ecosystem.

2. Information Capture & Sync

To maintain academic integrity and coordinate campus-restricted matchings, the platform captures three distinct telemetry clusters:

Identity telemetry: Sourced securely through Clerk authentication (first name, last name, primary verified university email, and profile avatar).
Academic parameters: Input directly during the onboarding wizard (campus selection, major department, and tutor credential verifications).
Session footprints: Scheduling structures, group class bookings, course match matrices, and platform messaging logs.

3. Telemetry Processing & Usage

We process your telemetry exclusively to facilitate platform operations, specifically:

Configuring and maintaining your secure student or tutor profile.
Routing instant automated transactional notifications (session confirmations, cancellation alerts, capacity limits).
Preventing cross-campus security leaks and enforcing walled-garden isolation boundaries.
Optimizing system analytics using first-party and Vercel infrastructure metrics.

4. Security Measures & Authentication

All user logins and security layers are managed through **Clerk**, an industry-leader in secure user management. We do not store or process raw passwords on our application servers. Outbound communications are securely verified via cryptographic signature tokens to ensure zero spoofing.

Right to Be Forgotten & Complete Purging

We fully support your right to digital privacy. If you choose to delete your account from your profile settings, Clerk initiates a deletion webhook. Our backend immediately executes database transactions that **permanently, completely, and irrevocably purge** your email address, booking logs, chat sessions, and settings from our database. No ghost records are kept behind.
